SilkRoad technology is a privately held company based in Winston-Salem, N.C., with offices around the globe. They help you bring in the best talent and keep it for the long term.

Their goal is to help you to gain that advantage by managing the entire career cycle of your employees through recruiting management, onboarding, performance management, learning management, intranet content management and core HR.

Greenhouse was lucky enough to help them spread the smiles.  Knowing that we came out of creative branding in the HR Technology space, they asked us to help them brand their “talent wheel,” as they were expanding an HRMS app to the life suite. We took that project and in our developments had a vision for their website.  A lil hesitant to present + confident in the direction = they loved it!

CHAPTER 2

the solution

Initially we engaged with SilkRoad to help them with the design and development of their career portal skins, so that their clients could better customize their internal communications on the Silkroad platform. Yet, when Greenhouse met with the Silkroad marketing team we immediately discovered opportunity. This is a really cool company, producing a really cool product all while preserving a really cool culture. Our initial delivery was to present a rebranded talent management suite wheel.  We did that…and then we sent a little extra surprise.  We had a vision for how we could strengthen their brand expression online and better showcase their newly branded talent wheel. Fortunately, they embraced our website designs and we got to work quickly making it come to life. Smiles!
