The Simple Value of the Value-add

Value in an ethical sense means the degree of importance.  What I’ve known, yet been learning over and over again in our young agency practice, is the value of the value-add.  The little things mean a lot and the big things pay the bills.  I love the little things, it’s what I enjoy about what I do, who I work with, and why I do it.  We all share a similar philosophy and vision at the House, and I am seeing a grand return on investing in the value-adds to clients, colleagues and business partners.
